Cory is the City Manager for Rinse, a tech-based dry cleaning and laundry delivery service in Chicago. He has 12+ years of professional experience in consumer goods, strategy consulting, and the travel industry. As City Manager, Cory was responsible for leading Rinse’s expansion to Chicago and building the operations from the ground up. Prior to joining Rinse, Cory lead marketing teams at Delta Air Lines and Expedia. In 2017, Cory also co-founded a real estate development business focused on redeveloping residential multifamily properties on the West Side of Chicago. In the community, Cory has volunteered with the Boy Scouts and the West Side Cultural Foundation, taught youth financial literacy classes, and currently serves on the emerging leaders board of the Business Leadership Council. Board service includes Citizens Trust Bank, the United Way Young Professional Leaders, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Cory received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently lives in Forest Park with his wife Jennifer, and their boxer dog named Keyser.
