Tai Duncan is a licensed attorney and Executive Director of the Chicago Chapter of national youth sports nonprofit, Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). Prior to joining PCA, she enjoyed a successful legal and business career, serving in the Office of the CEO as Ariel Investments' Director of Corporate Affairs, and as Assistant Corporation Counsel at the City of Chicago Department of Law. Over the last eight years, Tai has also coached girls' basketball at both the high school varsity and AAU levels.
With civic engagement as a high priority, Tai has served on boards, committees and as a volunteer for nearly a dozen local organizations. She most recently joined the Board of Trustees of The Cove School in Northbrook, IL, and she is the Immediate Past President of the Lookingglass Theatre Company’s Associate Board. In 2016, Tai received the WNBA Chicago Sky’s #RedefinePossible Women’s Leadership Award, and she is a 2018 inductee into the Grinnell College Athletics Hall of Fame.
