Vice President of Equity and Systems Change

The VP of Equity and Systems Change is a critical new role at Chicago Scholars that will join our executive team and will lead the strategic planning and implementation of our READI values and theory of change to prepare the world for our Scholars. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working across diverse teams to achieve big goals. This leader must believe in values-first leadership and will model the way by embodying and practicing the organizational values and READI values of our organization.

This role will not have any direct reports but will be responsible for holding the entire organization and its stakeholders accountable for implementing our systems change and READI-related goals. As such, this role requires an experienced influencer who will have clear, kind, and direct conversations and strong project management skills to ensure our goals are met.
