Exhibition Design, McMullan Art Leadership Internship

● Undergraduate or graduate student; recent graduates (within one year of graduation) will also be
● Due to onsite necessity, applicants must be based in the Chicagoland area for the year and/or
attending school in the Chicagoland area;
● Major or focus in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design or a related field;
● Enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable personality; willing to jump in and assist with many diverse
projects, as needed;
● Curious about the intersections between art, architecture and design;
● Ability and creativity to collaborate across disciplines;
● Interested in design and its applications across disciplines;
● If Vectorworks and Sketchup are not known softwares to the prospective intern, interest and
willingness to learn the softwares that we use in our design process.

Duration of Position: 31 weeks / September 2023 (start date anytime during the week of September 25-29) through April 2024 (end date anytime during the week of April 22–26)
Compensation: Paid / $16.32/hr /Part-time / Temporary
