Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years product management experience in on-line technology and/or management strategy consulting OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least at least 5 years product management experience in on-line technology and/or management strategy consulting
At least 2 years’ experience in consumer-facing online commerce.
At least 2 years’ experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting.
Experience in one or more of the following areas of ecommerce: Content Tools and Processes, Search & Browse, SEO/SEM, or Cart and Checkout.
Experience working with product development lifecycle.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience leading and/or collaborating with cross functional team to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
