• Execute a year long integrated project plan aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and overall program outcomes.
• Partner with our Executive Director as a brand ambassador cultivating key external partnerships that enhance our program outcomes.
• Develop an evaluation plan that supports our ability to monitor program success.
• Lead and develop a growing team.

Qualifications

• Chicago-based
• Passion for and connection with Black and Latinx communities, with a history of successful collaboration across many different stakeholder groups
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program development and implementation, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field required
• Highly effective and skilled communicator both in writing and orally
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Skilled project manager who can identify needs and implement strategy
• Exceptional ability to problem-solve, be resourceful, flexible, and creative
• Ability to travel on occasion to attend in person programming, other meetings, and events

Compensation

Project OneTen offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $72,000. A comprehensive benefits package including unlimited PTO, flexible work arrangements, technology, and a variety of other benefits are offered by Project OneTen.
