TIAA/Nuveen Scholarship

The TIAA/Nuveen Scholarship provides financial support and potential access to career development opportunities for young Chicagoans who are pursuing a 4-year degree exploring a career within the financial services industry (including Human Resources (HR), Legal, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology (IT), Finance, etc.).

Rusty Cohen Legacy Scholarship

The Rusty Cohen Legacy Scholarship Fund aims to ensure that young adults with an interest in careers in Environmental Health and Safety pursue their dreams of going to and graduating from college.

Award includes access to a summer internship after the recipient’s first year of college.

Awards of $5,000 per year for four years

Marcum Scholarship

The Marcum Scholarship Fund serves to build the pipeline of diverse accountants by providing financial assistance to accounting majors from underrepresented groups who plan to become CPAs.

Award includes access to a paid internship.

Awards of $2,500 per year for up to two years

Manuel & Pat Pulido Sanchez Legacy Scholarship

The Manuel and Pat Pulido Sanchez Legacy Scholarship’s purpose is to elevate and provide scholarships for college to economically disadvantaged first-generation Americans of Hispanic descent.

Manjie Sikdar Scholarship

This scholarship was created to honor the life of Manjie Sikdar, in the hopes that her love and dedication can help others flourish. By creating this scholarship, the Sikdar family aims to bring opportunity to an individual who exhibits the ideals that Manjie’s family has always believed in: hard work, passion, and commitment.

Applicants are required to demonstrate commitment to some aspect of the performing arts

Invenergy Scholarship

The Invenergy Scholarship was created to support students in their pursuit of a career in the renewable energy industry.  Invenergy hopes to encourage the next generation of innovators, scientists, engineers, technologists, and business professionals who will contribute to the clean energy future.

Generations Scholarship

The Generations Scholarship was established in recognition of the impact that previous generations had on the donors’ ability to attend college; its goal is to help to initiate a cascade effect of college attendance for scholarship recipients and future generations. Applicants should be academically motivated, hard-working, ambitious students who demonstrate significant need related to financing their college education.

The Elevating Futures Scholarship Fund

The Elevating Futures Scholarship Fund’s mission is to aid qualified Chicago Public School students from low-income households in pursuing a STEM four-year college degree and launching a career in the construction or engineering industries. Recipients receive college scholarships, mentoring supports, and access to career development opportunities.

THE COCA-COLA SCHOLARS PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP

Award: $20,000

Academic Level: High School Seniors

Field of Study: Not specified

Eligibility:

  • Current high school (or home-schooled) student attending a school in the U.S. (or select DoD schools) who will graduate during the 2022-2023 academic school year

  • U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees – based on the guidelines utilized by U.S. Department of Education for Federal Financial Aid eligibility

  • Expecting to receive high school diploma during current academic year

  • Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution

  • Able to verify a minimum overall B/3.0 GPA in high school coursework
