Location: Chicago, Illinois
Type: Full-time, apprentices dedicate a combined 40 hours per week working at Aon and attending Harold Washington College pursuing an AAS in Management and Marketing
Requirements: 

• Being deemed program-ready and accepted into Harold Washington College to complete their AAS in Management and Marketing
• Not accepting applicants who have already earned a bachelor’s degree in the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Aon does not offer sponsorship for this position

Compensation: $42,000 per year ($20.19 per hour); Aon will also pay the cost of your tuition and books, which ranges from $4,000 – $7,000 a year.
Start Date: August 1st, 2024
