Chicago Scholars may be the largest college and leadership program in the city, but we can only serve a small portion of eligible students with our traditional programming. 

That’s where REACH comes in. Built by Chicago Scholars and based on our 30 years of proven curriculum, REACH is designed to bring the access and resources our Scholars enjoy to a national audience. Through innovative, AI-driven technology, REACH is the education platform students actually want to use — and the tool educators and community organizations have been waiting for. 

We’re excited to announce that Scholars applying in 2026 will have the opportunity to participate in Chicago Scholars Virtual, a fully-remote version of our Classic program delivered through REACH.
